- Diminished Value Question
Q) I was involved in an accident which was not my fault. My vehicle sustained over $3,000.00 of rear end damage. The damage was paid in full by the insurance company of the person that crashed into my car but they said since my vehicle looks as good as before that they do not owe me any Diminished Value. Is that correct?
